Meet Steve!

For nearly three decades, Steve Maddock has been steadily establishing himself as one of Western Canada’s more versatile vocal talents, his innate eclecticism allowing him to excel in numerous genres and styles. He’s been a soloist with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and his vocal ensemble - musica intima - is featured regularly on CBC Radio’s Choral Concert. Steve loves to perform on local stages and in local clubs, and is currently promoting a new jazz recording - The Blues Project - which was released in the fall of 2021 on the Cellar Live label. Musical theatre credits include Guys & Dolls, Company, The Sound of Music, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Jesus Christ Superstar, and My Fair Lady. Steve teaches jazz voice at Capilano University, and is in demand as an adjudicator and clinician. He lives in Burnaby with his wife and two children. www.stevemaddock.com
